摘要: This article addresses the problem of segregation cell lines during development peripheral nervous system components from neural crest. We show here that committed precursors neurons are present in crest before migration its cells has started. If cultured a serum-deprived medium, subpopulation readily differentiates into without dividing. Neuronal markers such as neurofilament proteins and receptor sites for tetanus toxin not expressed neuronal precursors, but appear after few hours culture. They coexpressed with mesenchymal intermediate filament protein, vimentin, which is common to all regardless their prospective fate. A strong inhibitory effect serum factor(s) on neurite outgrowth demonstrated. also conditions stimulating proliferation incompatible promotion differentiation vice-versa.
