摘要: Since interference is the main performance-limiting factor in most wireless networks, it crucial to characterize statistics. The two determinants of are network geometry (spatial distribution concurrently transmitting nodes) and path loss law (signal attenuation with distance). For certain classes node distributions, notably Poisson point processes, laws, closed-form results available, for both itself as well signal-to-interference ratios, which determine performance. This monograph presents an overview these gives introduction analytical techniques used their derivation. models range from lattices homogeneous clustered general motion-invariant ones. analysis more requires use Palm theory, particular conditional probability generating functionals, briefly introduced appendix.
