摘要: The organizational field that constitutes English rugby union has undergone substantial change since 1995. This paper builds on earlier work by O’Brien and Slack (2003a) established a shift from an amateur to professional dominant logic in took place between 1995 2000. Utilizing ideas about institutional logics, isomorphism, diffusion, the current explores how this logics actually evolved. Data 43 interviews with key individuals form main data source for study. results show isomorphic accord new diffused throughout way of three distinct diffusion patterns: status driven, bandwagon, eventually, social learning adaptive responses.
