摘要: The internal conversion electron correlation parameters are calculated for the general $K$-shell (mixed) multipole conversion. Phase conventions critically examined, and sign of mixed electric-magnetic proposed by Church, Weneser, Schwarzschild is verified. in literature Dirac-Coulomb continuum wave functions shown to be ambiguous, a suitable standard convention proposed.
