摘要: Abstract The method introducing the effective interaction depth for photopeak efficiency proposed small detectors was applied to three large germanium and found feasible too, except soft γ-rays measured at source-to-detector distances. These exceptional cases, are caused by attenuation absorption layer, or ineffective core in case of coaxial Ge(Li) detectors. Coincidence summing effects also discussed order extract a simple relationship between magnitude coincidence source-to-effective-volume distance regardless details individual cascade relations. This enabled us devise correction even when decay scheme is unknown relevant γ-ray.
