摘要: A new approach that is slowly replacing neoclassical models of economic growth and commodity based industrial activities, knowledge urban development (KBUD) aims to provide opportunities for citiesw foster creation, exchange innovation, on the concepts both sustainable prosperity; uses protection natural resources are therefore integral parts KBUD. As such, stormwater, which has been recognised as one main culprits aquatic ecosystem pollution a significant threat goal development, needs be managed in manner produces ecologically sound outcomes.
