摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: Unusual intranasal conditions may increase the rate of complications and affect success endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) surgery. The purpose this study was to find influence abnormalities on outcome DCR surgery role topical mitomycin C (MMC) as a postoperative adjunct in these patients. Methods: A total 23 patients (19 males 4 females) bilateral chronic dacryocystitis age range 18–60 years, having anatomical variants were included study.
