摘要: This paper focuses on the development of a framework for strategy considerations water resources management in South Africa to meet goals municipal and agricultural sectors. The north western part experiences severe periods drought according climate change projections, will be most vulnerable future induced supply stress. A selecting appropriate strategies is presented. series potential adaptation suitable long term are discussed. These include both demand side strategies. Barriers obstacles implementing these human financial resource deficiencies at local community levels.
