摘要: This paper proposes a new digital enhanced V2-type constant on-time control architecture for solving the ripple oscillation issues when using low-equivalent series resistance (ESR) capacitors in buck converter. Instead of directly sensing inductor current, an current ramp estimator with drift compensation is presented as adding virtual ESR to output voltage. Only input and voltages are required be sampled analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) estimating ramp. Since sampling rate resolution requirements ADCs voltage usually less critical compared direct sensing, proposed practical low-cost applications. Besides, limit-cycle oscillations due effects can also improved by estimated Furthermore, small-signal model V2 provided design amplitude stabilize system optimize performance. The effect analyzed this paper. effectiveness has been verified simulation experimental results FPGA-based hardware platform.
