摘要: Background Ulcerative colitis (UC) belongs to chronic whose etiology and pathogenesis still have remained unclear. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has been demonstrated be effective for UC therapy. Still, evidence of its efficacy safety is inconclusive. The purpose the protocol evaluate HBOT in Methods This systematic review will retrieve studies that meet requirements Embase, MEDLINE, PubMed, Web Science, Cochrane Library Central Register Controlled Trials, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China national knowledge infrastructure database (CNKI), Wei Pu database, Wan fang SinoMed, Google scholar, Baidu Scholar from their inception November 2020. Two authors are independent article selection, data collection, research quality assessments. primary outcome clinical effectiveness. And secondary outcomes include 4 criteria. RevMan 5.3 software utilized analysis data. Results results this study submitted via a peer-reviewed journal. Conclusions assess effectiveness provide valid reliable regarding UC.
