摘要: The compatibility and storage stability of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) modified bitumens were studied using fluorescence microscopy dynamic mechanical analysis. Chemical characteristics base SBS polymers determined by means thin layer gel permeation chromatography, respectively. results showed that the morphology phase separation binders varied with influenced polymer content. At a given content, produced from higher content aromatics exhibited better stability. An increase in asphaltenes was observed to adversely affect When mixing small amount bitumen, binder dispersed particles. relatively high depending on used, continuous observed. On other hand, decreased increasing Compared branched polymer, linear displayed finer dispersion binder, consequently, lower during hot storage. degree bitumen rheological properties binders; however, no definite relationships among them could be established.
