摘要: Abstract: This chapter reports on an ongoing empirical study looking at how technology can enable resilience during continual disruption. We conducted 125 interviews with civilians from two countries who were living through war: (1) Iraqi citizens experienced the current Gulf War beginning in March 2003; and (2) Israeli Northern Israel Israel–Lebanon that took place August 2006. describe played a major role enabling people to maintain work social collaborations, continue education, travel, obtain information otherwise chaotic environment.
