摘要: Abstract This study describes the bottom-heater-assisted flash light irradiation method for fabrication of lanthanum strontium cobaltite ( L a 0.6 S r 0.4 Co O 3 − δ , LSCO) thin films. Unlike conventional sintering process, proceeds instantly under ambient conditions. Since process involves photothermal effect, heat energy supplied by bottom heater can compensate decreased energy. The substrate temperature was varied from room to 200 °C and 300 °C, radiation requirement obtaining an optimized LSCO film with increasing temperature. In addition, instantaneous difference due highly intense between top surface be relieved. With innovative system, electrolyte-supported solid oxide fuel cell could fabricated method, electrochemical characterization cells conducted.
