摘要: Cystadenolymphomas (CAL) of the parotid gland are variable in their epithelial differentiation and ratio tumor component to lymphoid stroma. Two hundred seventy five cases CAL from files Salivary Glands Register Institute Pathology, University Hamburg (1965–1979) were analysed. Their pathogenesis parenchyma included regional lymph nodes is discussed. The following Subclassification was established. 1. Depending on stroma, three subtypes distinguished. Subtype 1, “typical CAL” with an 50%, amounted 77% all studied. Oncocytic focal metaplasia goblet cells or squamous epithelium also found. 13.5% classified as subtype 2, “stroma-poor 70 80%). structure similar that oncocytoma places. per cent 3, “stroma-rich only 20 30%. 3 found solely men. average age at presentation (61 years) slightly lower than studied (65 years). 2. In 7.5% large areas cell regressive changes within a CAL. These 4 (“metaplastic CAL”). 67 years. case histories showed 20% these metaplastic had previously been irradiated. 3. Bilateral cases. In 4% multifocal occurred unilaterally. Recurrences observed 2% CAL. 4. Carcinoma rare (we two our own material). 50% reported radiotherapy mentioned histories. 5. Malignant tumors coincident recorded 3% cases. 6. The stroma reaction patterns those nodes. granulomatous (foreign body granuloma cholesterol deposits, tuberculosis) metastases. neighborhood oncocytic accumulations plasma forming IgA IgG
