摘要: The most common and challenging gastrointestinal motility disorders in children include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), esophageal achalasia, gastroparesis, chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction, constipation. GERD is the disorder affecting diagnosed clinically treated primarily with acid secretion blockade. Esophageal a less pediatric patient population, characterized by dysphagia pneumatic balloon dilation and/or esophagomyotomy. Gastroparesis pseudo-obstruction are poorly associated significant morbidity. Constipation among complaints morbidity as well poor quality of life.
