摘要: Energy and fuel poverty is an increasing problem in the European Union. Although specific conditions vary from country to drivers defining energy are similar all Europe. This paper aims present characteristics of low income housing including details on thermal environmental quality houses consumption. Existing efficiency passive solar technologies improve reviewed discussed while real projects addressing issues related performance poor households presented.
