摘要: Patients’ acceptance of their dentures and satisfaction are affected by esthetic factor. The appearance the metal clasps in zone can be objectionable for many patients. To overcome problem, different solutions have been presented literature. use precision attachments, double-crown systems, implants removable partial (described part IV) treatment options, but these options require tooth preparation to fabricate crown restoration a surgical operation. As result, increased cost is inevitable. Different clasp designs Chap. 11 also alternatives dentures. In this chapter, widely accepted used other alternatives, which thermoplastic resins nonmetal rotational path denture design, described. advantages, disadvantages, basic principles clinical usage presented.
