摘要: An efficient numerical method for examining the stability of linear time varying systems modeled by finite element (FE) methods is presented in this paper. Parametric instability pipes conveying pulsating fluid flow studied using multivariable Floquet-Lyapunov theory. In order to solve large size problems, system matrices are reduced a smaller transforming modal coordinates vectors. This transformation preserves information and matrix used evaluation monodromy matrix. For dealing with parametric excitations, it found that proposed numerically efficient.
