摘要: We describe MR findings of a nasal glioma in 5-week-old male infant with feeding difficulties and symptoms respiratory distress. Endoscopic examination revealed soft tissue mass the cavity. In T1- T2-weighted images, gyral structure grey matter was visible. T1-weighted component lower signal intensity equal to that white also well distinguishable. Edge enhancement tumour due mucosal epithelium covering tumour. images were useful rule out intracranial extension cavity lesion brain, thus excluding diagnosis encephalocele. The excised histologically characterized as heterotopic brain tissue.
