摘要: There are several different approaches to bioanalytical measurements, including biosensors, flow injection analysis, and separation techniques such as capillary electrophoresis. Automating the use of all these usually involves incorporation into systems, a concept which is known total analysis system (TAS). Optimization analytical performance in most particularly those based on high resolution methods, can be accomplished through miniaturization μTAS. The microfabricated devices has become popular approach for realizing miniaturized systems measurements sub-μL scale. This presentation will focus μTAS-type both biosensor non-biosensor based, biosensing applications. A brief introduction methods available adaptation μTAS included this review. Finally, potential combine best aspects stand-alone biosensors benchtop discussed.
