摘要: The aim of this study was to prepare and characterize membranes silk fibroin (SF) chitosan (CHI) blends. Moreover, a conformation transition SF more stable form induced by the addition CHI verified. Blend were prepared, after pH adjustment, in different ratios, physical integrity, crystallinity, structural thermal stability characterized. results crystallographic analysis (XRD) indicated tendency higher organization caused CHI. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that is present presence content only 25 wt%. Thermal thermally when its proportion blend increases, temperature at which degradation initiated also increases.
