摘要: Quasi-three-dimensionally designed metal-dielectric hybrid nanoantennas have provided a unique capability to control light at the nanoscale beyond diffraction limit, which has enabled powerful optical manipulation techniques. However, fabrication of these largely relied on use nanolithography techniques that are time- and cost-consuming, impeding their application in wide-ranging use. Herein, we report versatile methodology enabling repetitive replication from silicon molds with tailored features for infrared bandpass filtering. Comprehensive experimental computational analyses revealed underlying mechanism this also technical guideline pragmatic translation into filters multispectral imaging.
