摘要: Macau is building a world tourism and leisure center. In the context of flourishing hospitality development, energy issues have attracted more attention in recent years. On basis field survey 28 hotels, an evaluation index system built to assess status energy-saving environmental protection practices industry Macau. This by selecting some credits from Leadership Energy Environmental Design (LEED) adding several new indices according social economic characteristics The results show that hotels made significant efforts improve efficiency A total 71.4% formulated implemented programs. However, there apparent gap performance between different star-level hotels. higher hotel, enthusiasm on hotel has, e.g., 63.6% 5-star carried out carbon auditing management measures, but no 2-star adopted them. can be great improved if are future, especially for Finally, we put forward suggestions how bridge this present possible roadmap further improvement work useful help government managers take actions improving utilization
