摘要: PURPOSE:To stably produce a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having excellent core loss properties by forming an area in which one kind among Ga, In, Sn, Pb and Bi is diffused on the faces of linear grooves. CONSTITUTION:Silicon slag, e.g., contg. trace Al, Mn, Se Sb as inhibitor components subjected to hot rolling cold into rolled sheet. This electrolytic etching treatment form many grooves stretching direction crossed with surface. Along at least face bottom both side grooves, selected from Ge, oxides sulfates same formed. For this purpose, each substance adhered annealing executed >=400 deg.C. Thus, material effective for application iron transformer can be produced.
