摘要: Abstract A family of bombinin-related peptides is present in the skin Bombina variegata. These contain 27 residues with Gly as N-terminus and display antimicrobial activity. From sequence analysis cDNAs encoding for corresponding peptide precursors, presence a novel 20-residue Ile was predicted.
