摘要: Imaging plays several key roles in managing brain tumors, including diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment response assessment. Ongoing challenges remain as new therapies emerge there are urgent needs to find accurate clinically feasible methods noninvasively evaluate tumors before after treatment. This review aims provide an overview of advanced imaging modalities magnetic resonance positron emission tomography (PET), advances PET agents, summarize areas their applications, improving the accuracy diagnosis addressing challenging clinical problems such evaluation pseudoprogression anti-angiogenic therapy, rising with immunotherapy.
