Role of MR arthrography with arthroscopic correlation in the evaluation of knee articular disorders

摘要: In this study we assessed the role of MR arthrography for diagnosis knee disorders. We compared arthrographic results with standard imaging and arthroscopy. performed an MRI examination a 0.5 tesla machine on 32 patients having various obtained images before after intra-articular gadolinium-DTPA injection each patient. The main objective was to evaluate hyaline cartilage in suffering from gonarthrosis. thickness surface determined by arthroscopic week following imaging. concluded that arthrography, although invasive method, is superior demonstrating pathologies
