摘要: Abstract Evaporation of Ag and Au on single crystal surfaces the layered compound WSe 2 leads to epitaxial growth (111) noble metal even at deposition rates several orders magnitude higher than previously reported. The overlayers are studied by atomic force microscopy, low energy electron diffraction, angle-resolved photoemission loss spectroscopy.
