摘要: How and why individuals adopt innovations has motivated a great deal of research. This article examines individuals’ computing adoption processes through the lenses three theories: Rogers’s innovation diffusion theory, Concerns-Based Adoption Model, Technology Acceptance United Theory Use Technology. Incorporating all models, this suggests technology is complex, inherently social, developmental process; construct unique yet malleable perceptions that influence their decisions. Thus, successfully facilitating must address cognitive, emotional, contextual concerns. also focuses specific attention on theory outside formal organization implications informal environments.
