摘要: Mammalian spermatozoa undergo morphological, biochemical, and physiological modifications initially in the testis (testicular maturation) later epididymis (epididymal maturation). These maturational changes are commensurate with functional events that occur developing germ cells maturing spermatozoa. This special issue reviews recent, relevant topics dealing maturation focuses on internal components such as nucleus, acrosome, perinuclear theca, fibrous sheath, cytoplasmic droplet well plasma membrane. structures/elements constituent proteins of which they comprised a variety sequential starting from their origination up to epididymal maturation.
