摘要: The interactive effects of fungi (Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani) infection thiamin or salicylic acid on growth rate, membrane stability, K+ efflux, UV-absorbing metabolites, photosynthetic pigments, cell wall components lipid fractions broad bean plants (30-day-old) were studied. Fungal induced a reduction in growth rate, membrane stability content photosynthetic pigments. Foliar application increased pigments. K+ efflux the leakage metabolites stimulated with fungal infection. However, treatment partially retarded stimulatory effect and UV-absorbing fungal infected plants. infection produces in pectin cellulose, total lipid, glycolipids sterols fraction shoots roots and phospholipids roots. On other hand, contents of hemicellulose lignin phospholipids of shoots by Soaking seeds or salicylic counteracts partially completely adverse effect of cellulose composition, total lipid, glycolipids either side, thiamin treatments phospholipids accumulation plants, the phospholipids accumulation was alleviated. The content hemicellulose were antagonistically lowered salicylic acid.
