摘要: Abstract The main physicochemical properties of the analytes and matrix that are critical factors in selecting an HPLC method analysis discussed according to their role separation detection processes. Examples related following: chemical composition structure, acidic or basic character, isoelectric point, dipole moment, polarizability, hydrogen bonding capability, octanol/water partition constant, molar volume, solubility nonelectrolytic compounds, van der Waals molecular surface area. Among most important for analyte process its selection UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, refractive index, mass spectra, electrochemical behavior. For technique, nature analyte, pKa case acids bases, coefficient, concentration emphasized. It is shown amount must be taken into account separation.
