摘要: This chapter reviews the role of hip function in ACL injuries, as well gender differences biomechanical and neuromuscular risk factors specifically related to mechanics strength. Evidence supports strong consideration influence proximal on injurious knee loading. Women have decreased abductor, external rotator, extensor strength compared men. Hip muscle has been femur adduction internal rotation, placing at for injury. Strategies that encourage sagittal plane motion avoid excessive transverse frontal planes decrease loading knee. injury prevention training should emphasize engaging larger muscles power generation using abductors rotators stabilize motion.
