摘要: MsLDR-creator is a free web service to design assays for the new DNA methylation detection method msLDR. The provides user with all necessary information about oligonucleotides required measurement of given CpG within sequence interest. parameters are calculated by nearest neighbour approach achieve optimal behaviour during experimental procedure. In addition, guarantee good start using msLDR, further information, like protocols and hints tricks, provided.
