摘要: Abstract Three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical flowerlike microstructures of α-Bi 2 O 3 composed decahedrons and rods have been synthesized using a facile solution precipitation method with the assistance glycerin. The characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UV–visible spectrometer fluorescence spectrophotometer. According to experimental results, glycerin plays crucial role in formation structure adjustment pressure temperature could change shape petals. Luminescence bands centered at 2.81, 2.58, 2.32 2.17 eV photoluminescence (PL) spectra can be attributed band-edge emission, Bi 3+ ions oxygen vacancies, respectively. Finally, effect morphology on band gaps PL characteristics was analyzed.
