摘要: The clinical shift from immunology to toxicology resulted in the introduction of toxicological concepts immunotoxicity evaluation. Current procedures for assessing immunotoxicological safety medicinal products have some shortcomings. Nonclinical evaluation is currently limited unintended immunosuppression. This article discusses various factors related immunotoxicity, including preclinical assessment immunosuppression and models IgE mediated hypersensitivity reactions.
