摘要: Breast carcinoma plays a vital role in the reasons of global women's death. ER-related invasion and migration play an important part development prognosis breast cancer. Here, we found that 27-Hydroxycholesterol (27HC) could induce epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) increase expression matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) at mRNA level active form. Meanwhile, interestingly, 27HC activated signal transducer activator transcription 3 (STAT-3) ER positive cells except activation signaling. Furthermore, inhibition STAT-3 by siRNA attenuated 27HC-induced improvement MMP9 decreased ability MCF7 T47D cells. In addition, also promote MMP9, vimentin negative MDA-MB-231. All these results not only raise mechanism whereby enhances metastasis, but is helpful to realize as potential endogenous detrimental factor tumor patients.
