摘要: The abundance, diversity, and distribution of biodegradation genes (BDGs) phenol degradation (PDGs) in activated sludge (AS) from two wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) at different sampling times were assessed by metagenomic analysis using a total 15 datasets derived Illumina high-throughput sequencing BLAST comparisons to BDGs PDGs databases. results showed that the abundance (0.015-0.030%) diversity AS varied with WWTP times. p450 pmo most abundant subgroups, respectively. MG-RAST revealed 87 detected bacterial genera potentially capable degrading pollutants mostly affiliated Proteobacteria (59.8%), Bacteroidetes (17.2%), Actinobacteria (9.2%). Mycobacterium, belonging Actinobacteria, was found be genus (23.4%). This method could used monitor an AS's ability for organic evaluate its efficiency.
