摘要: An exact solution to the free convection flow influenced by gravity modulation has been derived Laplace-transform technique. Velocity profiles, penetration distance from leading edge, and skin-friction expressions are derived. profiles shown graphically, numerical values of skin friction tabulated. It was observed that transient velocity decreased with increasing frequency gravitymodulation or Prandtl number but increased time t. Also, transition conduction delayed t, it occured nearer edge as increased.
