摘要: We compared the uptake of bound palmitate by rat hepatocytes to its polyethylene using β-lactoglobulin (BLG) as binding protein. The experiments were designed supply a direct measure protein-dependent change in diffusive conductance extracellular fluid without determining diffusion coefficients for free and fatty acid or off-rate constant protein binding.
