摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence two different irrigation protocols on artificial lateral root canal filling capacity using obturation techniques. Sixty single-root human teeth were used. Two canals created in apical third. Root instrumented up a 45 K-file working length. Before each file, irrigated either with 2 mL 2.5% NaOCl or 2% chlorhexidine gel further saline solution and 3 17% EDTA. Specimens randomly divided into three groups according technique: (1) compaction technique; (2) Tagger hybrid (3) thermoplasticized technique BeeFill 1. All used AH Plus as sealer. specimens decalcified cleared methyl salicylate. total length observed under X30 magnification stereomicroscope measured buccal lingual surfaces Leica IM50 software. data submitted ANOVA Tukey test (p 0.05). Regardless irrigant during endodontic procedures, techniques showed higher penetration behavior for than technique.
