摘要: The present work reports on the synthesis of a redox-tagged peptide with self-assembling capability aiming applications in electrochemically active capacitive surfaces (associated presence redox centers) generally useful electroanalytical applications. Peptide containing ferrocene (fc) molecular (redox) group (Ac-Cys-Ile-Ile-Lys(fc)-Ile-Ile-COOH) was thus synthesized by solid phase (SPPS). To obtain interface, side chain cysteine covalently bound to gold electrode (sulfur group) and Lys used attach chain. After obtaining purified peptide, self-assembly characterized cyclic voltammetry (CV) electrochemical impedance-based capacitance spectroscopy techniques. obtained results confirmed that successfully attached forming an electroactive self-assembled monolayer onto electrode. design ferrocene-tagged is predictably development biosensor devices precisely detect, label-free platform, those biomarkers clinical relevance. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
