摘要: This study examined the cortical control of gait in healthy humans using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Two block-designed fMRI sessions were conducted during motor imagery a locomotor-related task. Subjects watched video clip that showed an actor standing and walking egocentric perspective. In session, additional images collected when participants observed clutch movement right hand. keeping with previous studies SPECT NIRS, we detected activation many motor-related areas including supplementary area, bilateral precentral gyrus, left dorsal premotor cortex, cingulate area. Smaller activations precuneus, thalamus, part putamen. Based on these findings, propose novel paradigm to fMRI. Specifically, task used this study—involving both mirror neurons mental imagery—provides new feasible model be neuroimaging area research.
