摘要: The relationship between phenolic composition and radical scavenging activity of apple peel pulp was investigated in fruit produced according to both organic integrated agricultural methods. Apple tissue extracts were subjected high-performance liquid chromatography separation, which showed that as compared with pulps, peels are richer almost all the quantified phenolics. Flavonols, flavanols, procyanidins, dihydrochalcones, hydroxycinnamates identified classes tissue, most abundant compounds epicatechin, procyanidin B2, phloridzin. Pulps poorer phytochemicals. Their major phenolics procyanidins hydroxycinnamates. Flavonols amounts <20 mg kg(-1) fresh weight (fw) also found. In production samples polyphenols. Among 14 identified, only phloridzin had a tendency appear higher peels. total antioxidant capacities (TAC) evaluated using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl assay expressed Trolox equivalents. Integrated gave highest TAC (18.56 mM fw), followed by (TAC = 14.96), pulps 7.12), 6.28). peels, top contributors found be flavonols, accounted for about 90% calculated whereas primarily derived from flavanols (monomers polymers) together A good correlation sum polyphenols activities single compounds, (in pulps) flavonols peels) statistically correlated TAC.
