摘要: In this letter, a compact high-selectivity microstrip bandpass filter utilizing novel quad-mode resonator is presented. The proposed can be treated as the combination of short-circuited stub loaded open-ended and short-ended resonator. It results to generate four resonatant modes closely each other, while modal resonant frequency freely easily controlled in wide range well. Due inherent transmission zero produced by feed lines, passband selectivity gets improved, which good out-of-band rejection. Finally, example with miniaturized size, fractional bandwidth, high designed fabricated. Good agreement between experiment simulation observed. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
