摘要: Brassica oleracea var. acephala (kale) is a cruciferous vegetable widely cultivated for its leaves and flower buds in Atlantic Europe the Mediterranean area, being food of great interest as "superfood" today. Little has been studied about diversity endophytic fungi genus, there are no studies regarding kale. In this study, we made survey present roots six different Galician kale local populations. addition, investigated whether presence endophytes was beneficial to plants terms growth, cold tolerance, or resistance bacteria insects. The fungal isolates obtained belonged 33 taxa. Among those, Fusarium sp. Pleosporales A between Setophoma Edenia (called Setophoma/Edenia) were many all five populations, possible components core microbiome. For first time, several interactions fungus described proved how plant. B close Pyrenophora Pyrenophora) promoted plant growth increased tolerance. On other hand, Trichoderma sp., C Phialocephala Phialocephala), Curvularia Setophoma/Edenia Acrocalymma able activate systemic against bacterial pathogen Xanthomonas campestris. We also observed that confered Mamestra brassicae larvae.
