摘要: Underwater sensor networks are becoming a new field, mainly applied for ocean data collection, sampling, environmental and pollution monitoring, etc. Similar to terrestrial networks, it is essential provide communication coverage in such way that the whole monitoring area covered by nodes UWSN. Many important deployment strategies have been proposed, most of which cannot be directly UWSN due its unique 3D characteristics. This paper surveys different algorithms can domain UWSN, classified into underwater 2D gateway node deployment. Different schemes compared their advantages disadvantages discussed.
