摘要: An osteoarticular allograft was used to replace the proximal end of humerus in twenty patients who had a wide excision bone tumor. Three needed second because first became infected. All were followed for at least two years except died. The functional results and complications twenty-three index procedures evaluated. Function excellent one patient, good eleven, fair one, poor five. allografts advantages compared with other options reconstruction (for example, prosthetic implants); these included restoration length bone, replacement articular surface, sites reattachment deltoid muscle rotator cuff. We concluded that do not preclude use this procedure.
