Digitization of dental alginate impression: Three-dimensional evaluation of point cloud.

摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the digitization alginate impressions by analyzing differences between scan data two types (alginate and rubber) taken from master die for die. were digitized using a dental laser scanner (7 series, Dental Wings, Montreal, Canada). crown portion abutment teeth in digital 20 divided into three regions: cervical surface, middle occlusal surface. An independent t-test showed significant difference (p<0.05) mean each experimental group rubber). One-way ANOVA Tukey's honest test revealed among regions rubber impression. results also carefully suggest possibility future.
