摘要: Abstract Plasmids have been constructed that direct the synthesis in Escherichia coli of heavy chains and/or light an anti-carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) antibody. Another plasmid was for expression a truncated form chain (Fd' fragment) E. coli. Functional CEA-binding activity obtained by vitro reconstitution extracts or Fd' fragment mixed with containing chain.
